You send us your iPod and we will replace the battery with a new one and send it back to you 24 hours later via registered post. It is as simple as that.

Conditions: We hold no responsibility for the condition that an iPod reaches us in. If we replace the battery and it is still not working due to another fault we cannot be held responsible, whether the owner is aware or not of this fault. We are currently not able to do any other repairs to iPods. Return delivery will be carried out by registered postal service to any UK mainland address. All iPods will leave our premises within 24 hours but thereafter delivery times are the responsibility of the registered postal service. Please be aware that by carrying out this service we will void any warranty, however the warranty on iPods expires after one year from the date of purchase. We will warranty the battery for 90 days.
